Individual Therapy

Each of us has a story to tell. Oftentimes, these stories can be riddled with problems, failures, and moments of despair. We focus on the negatives and leave behind everything that makes us who we are. By exploring your narrative and shedding light on the times you were successful, we can work together to create a story that you are proud to tell.

Through the careful exploration of your values, the cultural norms that inhibit us, and the societal pressure we experience daily, we can cut through the negative and challenge the beliefs and standards we are often compared to.

While re-writing your narrative to better fit who you want to be, we will be creating short and long-term goals to make sure you stay on track. By looking towards the future, we can better visualize what it would actually look and feel like to live your preferred life. Visualizing your preferred future is the best way to plan where your story will go next.
