Family Therapy
The purpose of family therapy is to help your family get work through challenges and struggles while making the family stronger. We tend to think that a person's challenges are their own, but that ignores the reality that stress and struggle affects everyone in the family. The goal is NOT to make problems go away; the goal of family therapy is to equip you and your family with the skills to address problems as they arise.

Through open communication, acceptance, and collaborative coping skills, your family will develop better ways of communicating and providing each other with support. There is no "problem child;" everyone in the room will grow and become stronger so that issues that affect one person can be addressed with compassion and support from the whole family.
